Shipping & Returns
Customers have the ability to choose a shipping method during checkout. All orders are packaged and shipped out of North Carolina through USPS. Standard orders take up to two business days.
Custom orders, including bulk orders, have a longer processing time than standard orders. Please reference our Custom Orders page for further information. As soon as your order is packaged and ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a store credit or exchange for a different item.
The Poppy Shop will accept jewelry items that are unworn and free of damages by the customer for a store credit or exchange. Unworn, undamaged lounge wear can be exchanged for different sizes. All custom orders, including Poppy Packages, are not eligible for return. Exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned after 7 days from receipt of original order. Items must be returned in it's original condition and packaging.
Any "Sale" items are final sale and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the item is damaged upon receipt. In the event that your order is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace or correct the order free of charge.
